In most cases, we will offer an exchange or store credit. Inquiries must be made within 5 days of packages being delivered.
After 5 days we are not obligated to process an exchange or store credit. Any unauthorized returns or exchanges WILL NOT be accepted. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
How does store credit/shipping work? If a customer decides to return an item the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. Once the store credit is redeemed the customer must pay the shipping fee to have the new items shipped.
