SHIPPING/ RETURN POLICY

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing during holiday seasons and 2-5 business days for standard domestic shipping. Pre-order items will be shipped according to the dates indicated in the product description. Orders containing a pre-order item and an in-stock item will ship together according to the pre-order date. Please order pre-orders separately.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

We offer additional voluntary insurance for lost, stolen packages in Route.  This option is available at checkout for a small fee.  If you deselect the shipping insurance at checkout BYOUNIQUE will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be sent via email. You may check your status on USPS.COM. For ANY reason your package is stolen/ lost in U.S mail BYOUNIQUE is not responsible. Once a package shows that it has been scanned into the USPS system, they are responsible for your package. If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim. All priority orders include $50.00 insurance at no additional cost. If your order is valued at more than $50.00 and you would like to increase the insurance amount please contact us via email at byouniqueboutique@hotmail.com.  Increasing package insurance will be an additional cost.

 

After 3 business days, you will be required to provide a shipping address and have your order shipped at your expense. A shipping invoice will be provided via email to cover shipping charges. If the invoice is not paid within 3 business days your order will be canceled and you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for a future purchase.

NO refund EXCEPTIONS will be made for abandoned pick-up orders.
